CLT AI Summit to explore Charlotte’s Artificial Intelligence future
What: The CLT AI Summit, a full-day event spotlighting how Charlotte is moving beyond “AI in theory” to real-world deployment across finance, manufacturing and cybersecurity. The summit will feature national founders, researchers, artists and industry leaders demonstrating how industrial intelligence is already reshaping the region’s economy, workforce and innovation pipeline.
Who: Hosted by Tresata and the UNC Charlotte Belk College of Business
Participants include:
- AI founders and startup leaders
- Corporate and industry practitioners
- Cybersecurity, finance and manufacturing experts
- UNC Charlotte faculty and students
- Government and community leaders
When: 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., Thursday, April 2. Media availability from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Where: Dubois Center at UNC Charlotte Center City (320 E. 9th Street, Charlotte, NC)
About: Registration is required for the free event although attendees are encouraged to contribute $49.49 to support student and community initiatives at the UNC Charlotte Belk College of Business. The day features panel discussions, each approximately 30 minutes, followed by a reception and the kickoff of HAICK, Charlotte’s signature hackathon event, at CO-LAB at UNC Charlotte Center City.
