Jenny has been with UNC Charlotte since 2013, currently holding the position of Executive Director of Strategic Brand and Digital Engagement. In this role, she leads strategic initiatives aimed at cultivating brand loyalty, motivating action and fostering meaningful engagement. With more than 23 years of experience as a communications strategist in higher education, Jenny possesses comprehensive expertise across various university domains, including brand development, marketing, fundraising, community relations and reputation management.

Throughout her career, Jenny has dedicated herself to enhancing the visibility, brand recognition and reputation of both Queens University of Charlotte, a private institution serving 4,000 students, and UNC Charlotte, a public research university with an enrollment of 30,000 students.

Jenny is deeply engaged in her community, holding key roles on the executive committee and marketing team for Leadership Charlotte, the North Carolina Ballet, and Avondale Presbyterian Church. Additionally, she earned a Master of Strategic Communications from Queens University of Charlotte, where she remains actively involved as a member of the Alumni Board.
