In this role, she provides strategic leadership and oversight for internal communications, media relations, marketing and branding, creative services, public relations, media relations, broadcast/digital communications, executive communications and crisis communications.
Mason Jenkins is a clinical assistant professor of marketing in the Belk College of Business. His research studies consumer behavior in the area of services marketing. More specifically, he investigates how consumers make sense of their world and the broader relationship between customer loyalty and core cognitive processes such as causal reasoning.
Sunil Erevelles, Ph.D. is on the faculty of marketing at the Belk College of Business at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He served as Chair of the Department of Marketing from 2010-2018. Prior to that, he was on the faculty of Marketing and the Marketing Area Coordinator (marketing area head) at the Anderson School of Management, University of California, Riverside.
