Anita Blanchard is an associate professor of Psychology and Organization Science at UNC Charlotte. She is the director of the Virtual Identity, Community and Entitativity (V.I.C.E) lab, which studies online and face-to-face groups. She is particularly interested in how groups affect people’s relationships with each other as well as their own health and well-being.
Anne-Kathrin Kronberg is an assistant professor in Sociology and Organization Science at the UNC Charlotte. Before coming to Charlotte, she completed her Ph.D. at Emory University and worked as a postdoctoral fellow at Goethe University Frankfurt, Germany.

Eric Heggestad, Ph.D., is chair of the Department of Psychological Science. He joined the University in 2005 after working for the Air Force Research Laboratory and Colorado State University. He is an industrial and organizational psychologist, who focuses on applying principles of psychology to work contexts.
Jaclyn Piatak, Ph.D., is an assistant professor in the Department of Political Science and Public Administration at the UNC Charlotte and teaches courses in the Gerald G. Fox Master of Public Administration Program. Her research interests include public and nonprofit management, volunteering, and social policy.
Janaki Gooty, Ph.D., is the MBA Program Director and an associate professor in the Department of Management in the Belk College of Business and the interdisciplinary Organizational Science Ph.D. program. Her research interests are in leader-follower relationships, emotions, well-being and multi-level issues. Her research has appeared in elite leadership and research methods outlets.
Paul Fitchett, Ed.D., is assistant dean of teaching and innovation and an associate professor in the Cato College of Education. He currently oversees revisions and other initiatives across the college’s various teacher education programs.
S. Gary Teng is a professor of Systems Engineering & Engineering Management and director of the Center for Lean Logistics and Engineered Systems at UNC Charlotte. He holds a professional engineer license in Wisconsin and is an ASQ certified quality engineer and reliability engineer.
Sejal Foxx, Ph.D., is the director of the School Counseling program and the Doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision program. Recently, she founded the RISE School Counseling Program in collaboration with the UNC Charlotte Urban Education Collaborative.
