Biography:

Aaron A. Toscano is an associate professor of English, specializing in technical writing, rhetoric/composition, science fiction, and cultural studies. He also is an affiliate faculty with Communications Studies and Women’s & Gender Studies. He is currently finishing a book on video games in American culture, which is under contract with Lexington Books. Broadly, he looks at technologies as products of culture, and his most thorough research on that is in his book “Marconi’s Wireless and the Rhetoric of a New Technology” (Springer, 2012). His articles can be found in Journal of Popular Culture, Computers and Composition, and Current Issues in Education.
