Biography:
Amir Ghasemi completed a Ph.D. from the University of Kentucky, where he held a lecturer position from 2012-14. He joined University of Michigan Ann Arbor as a research fellow where he worked in the HaptiX and the Smart and Sustainable Automation Research Labs. He is currently an assistant professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering and Engineering Science in the William States Lee College of Engineering. His research is focused on control engineering, human-machine interaction and robotics.
