Brian I. Magi

Biography: 

Brian Magi is an associate professor of Atmospheric Sciences at the UNC Charlotte in the Department of Geography and Earth Sciences. His general research explores air quality using low-cost air monitors, and he also has worked on data-oriented questions about the relationship among fires, climate, lightning, and humans. He works with students on these questions, but also simply enjoys tackling enormous datasets related to climate to better understand the Earth system.
