Hannah Peach

Biography: 

Hannah Peach is a lecturer in the Psychology Department. She is interested in the biological, psychological, social, and behavioral antecedents and consequences of poor sleep. Her research examines predictors of poor sleep, such as attitudes and sleep hygiene, as well as the impact of sleep on health and behavior. She is currently studying sleep habits as a risk factor for the notorious “freshman fifteen” weight gain.

She currently teaches General Psychology, Health Psychology, Research Methods II, and Sleep and Health Seminar.
