Biography:
Jill Yavorsky is an assistant professor in the Sociology Department. She earned bachelor's, master's and her Ph.D. from The Ohio State University. Her scholarship focuses on two strands of research: 1) determinants, patterns, and consequences of gender workplace inequality; and 2) divisions of labor (e.g., housework, childcare, and paid employment) and time-use patterns of couples, particularly of new parents.
