Tianca Crocker is a social worker and applied researcher whose work focuses on increasing economic and social inclusion in an increasingly digital world. An assistant professor, Crocker also is a Fellow with the National Digital Inclusion Alliance and formerly served as a NTEN|Google Fiber Digital Inclusion Fellow at Austin Free-Net.
